Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia. If your country isn't listed at checkout, we don't ship there yet.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the contents of your order. The exact cost is shown before you pay.

Estimated delivery times

United States: 7-21 business days after processing.

Canada, Australia, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia: 7-21 business days after processing.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and peak periods can extend them.

Order tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking can take 3-5 business days to show its first scan. If your tracking hasn't updated after 7 business days, contact us and we'll look into it.

Customs, duties and import taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately - if the order hasn't shipped, we'll correct it.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us. If a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it or send a replacement.
